Secret Weapon: Lipo in a Box

September 21, 2010

Last week, Keri and I went to Fashion Week. I had a fabulous new Tahari dress and some brand spankin’ new snakeskin shoes (which crippled me, but that’s another story). I also had some bumps and bulges that made the dress look remarkably less fabulous.

Lucky for me, I had just gotten a new bodysuit from Lipo in a Box. This is the amazing new shapewear you may have seen on The Oprah Winfrey Show, QVC or the TODAY show.

I was understandably nervous facing a 15 hour day in untried shapewear. But after another quick look in the mirror, I decided to chance it. And boy was I glad I did!

Not only did the seemless bodysuit give me a dramatically slimmer and sleeker silhouette, it was also incredibly comfortable. This is definitely a piece to wear everyday, all day.

The breathable fabric is made of 25% spandex and 75% nylon. Translation? It’s unbelievably lightweight and doesn’t have that “body armor” feeling you often have to suffer with in shapewear! Retail $ 76.00

Although I have the bodysuit sans underwire, with 27 unique styles from which to choose, you can find a Lipo in a Box shapewear enhancer to suit every outfit. From high waisted capris, to a variety of bodysuits, briefs, long tanks and waist cinchers, it’s easy to choose the perfect complement to every outfit.

It’s easy to shop online with a convenient size chart. There are even Before and Afters.

Lipo in a Box? I’m a believer!
