Here’s a sneak peak of the new Jessie Steele line of pajamas and sleep shirts!

August 21, 2011

You see, it all began with a vintage apron. For years, Jessie Steele’s founder Helena Steele had collected vintage 20th century aprons, enchanted by a style and charm nearly forgotten by the modern world. Most cherished were the patterns that were handed down from her mother Joan and her grandmother, Jessie.

In 2001, Helena saw the world trending back to family, community, and the comforts of home. One day she realized it was the perfect time to re-introduce the apron as an accessory, a fashion, and a positive statement.

It’s been nearly a decade since Helena’s first apron started a movement. Since then the Jessie Steele label has gone global and is now sold in over 30 countries. The stylish aprons have appeared on TV, in feature films — even on the runway!

And now, Jessie Steele is growing again – this time with a line of boyfriend sleep shirts and pajamas that will have you wishing for a nostalgic slumber party!

The sleepwear is created with the same strict attention to detail as the successful line of aprons. And, the patterns — cabbage roses, French poodles, polka dots, cupcakes — are nothing short of delightful.

The line of Jessie Steele sleep shirts and pajamas will be available on September 1 at Jessie Steele, but in the meanwhile, here’s a sneak peak.
